They kept telling Moses, "Whatever the Verses might say, whatever bad omens you could bring, or bewitch us with your logic, we will not believe in you" (and will not consider moral reformation)
They said to Moses: "No matter what sign you may bring us to put your magic spell, we are not going to believe you."

They said (to Moosa (Moses)): "Whatever Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) you may bring to us, to work therewith your sorcery on us, we shall never believe in you."
And they said, “No matter what miracle you bring to bewitch us, we will not believe in you!”
